Position Summary

As a Product Line Marketing Manager, you will be the ultimate product champion and go-to-market strategist for our heavy construction equipment attachments, specializing in hydraulic breakers and precision grading tools. In this remote, hands-on individual contributor role, you will bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams, turning engineering data into high-impact sales tools. You will spend significant time in the field working alongside operators, dealers, and field technicians to drive product adoption and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field-Level Go-to-Market: Lead product launches directly in the field, organizing hands-on dealer demos and operator training sessions for hydraulic breakers and precision grading attachments.
  • Sales & Channel Enablement: Support the field sales team and dealer networks by creating application guides, competitive battle cards, product configuration tools, and high-ROI pitch decks.
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Spend up to 70% of your time on-site gathering feedback from contractors, operators, and fleet managers to identify market gaps and influence future engineering roadmaps.
  • Content & Application Marketing: Document real-world product success by creating application-focused case studies, performance videos, and technical whitepapers that highlight job site productivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Product marketing or technical sales experience specifically within heavy construction equipment, attachments, or related industrial machinery preferred but early career with raw skill sets considered.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, carrier machine compatibility, and precision 2D/3D grading technologies (GPS/Laser machine control) or ability to learn quickly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly across remote, highly technical teams, including Design Engineering, Field Service, and B2B Sales.
  • Autonomy & Drive: Highly self-motivated individual contributor comfortable managing complex product lines and travel schedules independently from a remote environment.
  • Travel & Physical Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including frequent visits to active construction sites, field testing grounds, and regional dealership networks.
