Herk & Associates will replace any employee found through our retained services or refund 50% of the service fees which have been paid to H&A by an employer, at the employer’s option, in the event that the employee hired through H&A terminates or is terminated from his or her position of employment, for any reason whatsoever, within 30 days from the date the employee started work. What information do we collect?
