All conversations with our team of heavy equipment recruiters are confidential. Herk and Associates does not share any information with any third party without your written consent.

How do I find out about new job opportunities?

All new job opportunities are posted to our heavy equipment job board. Additionally, you can register as a candidate and select the locations and types of jobs you are interested in. You can opt into email notifications so you are alerted when new jobs that match your preferences are posted.

If I am looking for a position will there be any cost to me?

There are NEVER any costs to candidates looking for employment. All of our fees are paid by the heavy equipment companies who need assistance filling a position.

How much does it cost to post a job on the job board?

$550 for a single 60-day listing, which includes distribution through our industry-specific newsletter. Discounts are available for multiple postings.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. Herk & Associates offers a Candidate Replacement Guarantee to provide peace of mind when hiring through our retained services:

  • If an employee hired through H&A leaves within 30 days from their start date, the employer may choose to either have H&A replace the employee or receive a 50% refund of Recruiting Fees paid (excluding any Retainer).
  • Any remaining Recruiting Fee installment payments are paused until a replacement candidate is found, and any fees already paid are credited toward the replacement hire.
  • The Recruiting Fee for the replacement hire is calculated the same way as it was for the initial hire.
  • This guarantee does not apply if termination is due to insufficient work, a substantial change in the original job description, or elimination of the position.
  • To qualify, the employer must notify H&A in writing within 5 business days of the employee’s termination and provide all relevant details.

This guarantee is the employer’s sole remedy and is subject to payment according to invoice terms. Please review your contract for all disclosures and restrictions.

What is Herk & Associates` Website Privacy Policy?

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. How do we use your information?
