Primary Duties:
-Reports to the KTC IMT/Link Belt Vice President
-Primary territorial responsibilities for Northeastern USA (including the States of NY, NJ, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Maine, Maryland, Delaware and Rhode Island.
-Sales/Rental of IMT/Link Belt inventory machines
-Handle all machine deal paperwork – quotes, sales/rental contracts, Notice to Owner, insurance documentation, etc. as required
-Coordinate with Credit Department for proper credit assignment for all sales/rental deals
-Coordinate with Service Group for proper machine movement records (EMR’s)
- Assist with Caterpillar Dealer relationships within assigned territory
-Use of Kelly Tractor Co’s D365 system by keeping up to date all business relation and customer contacts.
-Travel within assigned territory as needed to visit customers/prospects
-Assist in breakdown and assembly of machines on customer jobsites
-Assist in planning, setting up, tearing down and staffing trade shows
-Assist in gathering industry data and statistics

Education and/or Experience:
Language Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus but not required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers/prospects as well as groups of managers and salesmen.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability plan and work with departmental budgets
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite environment (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Applicant will be expected to learn Kelly Tractor Co’s D365 – Equipment Availability and CRM software.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment can be very loud and is typical of any heavy construction jobsite.
