A growing construction organization is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to support operations from its Western Washington facility. This role is a critical part of the company’s operations and logistics team, helping ensure construction projects receive the tools, equipment, materials, and consumables needed to stay on schedule.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role that serves as a key point of contact between the field and internal operations teams. The ideal candidate will have experience within the equipment, construction, rental, or industrial supply industries and understand construction tools, consumables, and jobsite operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for field teams, project managers, superintendents, and vendors regarding equipment and material orders
  • Process and manage customer orders daily with a strong focus on urgency and accuracy
  • Coordinate tools, consumables, rental equipment, and jobsite materials to support active construction projects
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, shortages, and backorders
  • Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and inventory accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to add additional products or materials based on customer project needs
  • Track orders throughout the entire fulfillment process and provide updates to field teams
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal departments to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience within construction, equipment rental, industrial supply, heavy equipment, or related industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction tools, consumables, equipment, and jobsite operations required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone interactions throughout the day
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, CRM systems, or inventory software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ask detailed questions to ensure order accuracy
  • Valid driver’s license required
