A growing equipment organization is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations at its facility in Vancouver, Washington. This is an onsite leadership role responsible for overseeing branch operations, supporting service and operational teams, and ensuring a high level of customer support and operational efficiency.

This is a non-retail operational facility, and the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in service operations, equipment support, or branch management within the equipment, industrial, or manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including service workflow, operational performance, and team coordination
  • Lead and support branch personnel while fostering a positive, accountable team environment
  • Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across the location
  • Work closely with service, operations, and support teams to ensure timely execution of customer needs
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, operational KPIs, and overall branch profitability
  • Support scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain strong communication between branch personnel, leadership, and customers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience within equipment, industrial, manufacturing, or service operations environments required
  • Strong operational and service management background preferred
  • Technically savvy with the ability to understand equipment, service processes, and operational workflows
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day branch operations effectively
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with operational systems and reporting tools required
