A specialized equipment manufacturer is seeking an Inspection Manager to lead and standardize its national inspection program from its Georgia location. This is a unique role responsible for overseeing inspection quality, regulatory compliance, and reporting across multiple branches.

This position is ideal for a technically minded leader with a strong safety background who can manage processes, support field teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inspection processes across a national team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Review and approve inspection reports, ensuring clarity, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards (OSHA, ANSI, ASME, CMAA)
  • Lead, train, and support inspection team members, including reviewers and quoting staff
  • Ensure timely delivery of inspection reports and repair recommendations to internal teams
  • Serve as a technical resource for branches, technicians, and sales teams
  • Monitor workloads, prioritize inspections, and maintain service levels
  • Develop and improve inspection procedures, reporting standards, and internal processes
  • Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and reporting (OSHA required)
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment inspections and compliance standards
  • Prior experience in safety, inspection, industrial service, or a related field
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
