A leading provider of material handling equipment, industrial solutions, and related services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations across Northern Wisconsin. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing a high-performing sales team, and executing strategic initiatives to expand market presence.

This is a leadership position focused on coaching, accountability, and building a strong sales culture while maintaining close alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and field sales representatives
  • Drive regional sales performance by setting goals, monitoring progress, and holding the team accountable
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and expand the customer base
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed
  • Work closely with sales team members to build territory plans and achieve individual and team targets
  • Manage key customer accounts and support major sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on campaigns and business initiatives
  • Ensure strong alignment between sales, service, and aftermarket departments
  • Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategy
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on sales performance and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within material handling, industrial equipment, or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of powered industrial equipment and related markets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
