Herk & Associates is growing and looking to add an Associate Recruiter to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career, or looking to break into the field, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The role can be fully remote, with our headquarters based in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and initial interviews
• Review resumes and assess candidate fit based on client needs
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking
• Support full-cycle recruiters with sourcing and search execution
• Meet weekly activity goals (calls, outreach, submissions)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable engaging with new people and building relationships
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems

• Base salary plus uncapped commission (our recruiters earn $100K+)
