A growing transportation and logistics company in South Florida is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across the South Florida markets. This role has been created due to company growth and is focused on building a strong pipeline of new clients within the construction, demolition, and equipment rental industries.

This is a field-based position for a driven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will bring an existing network or book of business within the construction or equipment-related sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, demolition, equipment rental, and related industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across target accounts
  • Actively prospect through job site visits, in-person meetings, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and ongoing account growth
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the field across the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and opportunities using CRM or reporting tools
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably within construction, equipment rental, or related industries
  • Existing relationships or a book of business within the South Florida market strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a highly field-driven role with minimal time in an office setting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
