A growing organization in the heavy-duty truck and fleet services industry is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Sales Representative to lead the rollout of a new maintenance program offering. This role will focus on building a book of business by selling subscription-based maintenance solutions to companies that rely on commercial trucks for their operations. This is a hunter-style, outside sales role targeting C-suite and senior operations leaders.
This role will cover half of the United States and will involve 50% travel.
Candidates can be based out of the following locations: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, or Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business by targeting companies with commercial vehicle fleets
- Sell customized fleet maintenance programs to C-suite and senior-level decision makers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
- Lead consultative sales cycles from initial outreach through contract execution
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation
- Track activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for long-term account growth and expansion

Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience within heavy-duty truck, fleet services, or related industries
- Proven experience selling to executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, operations leaders)
- Strong ability to build a book of business and generate new opportunities
- Experience structuring service agreements, maintenance programs, or long-term contracts preferred
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools
- Willingness to travel around 50% within assigned territory
