Position Details & Responsibilities

A leading provider of power systems and equipment solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Pennsylvania to support service operations and long-term maintenance programs across a range of power generation and electrical systems.

This role will focus on managing service agreements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of preventative maintenance and support initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative position that works closely with service, parts, engineering, and customer-facing teams to drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of service agreements and maintenance programs across power systems equipment
  • Coordinate with service teams to align preventative maintenance schedules, emergency response readiness, and field service activities
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across service, parts, engineering, and supply chain teams
  • Support customer-facing activities including project updates, issue resolution, and progress reporting
  • Partner with sales and account managers to ensure contractual obligations and service expectations are met
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as uptime, response times, parts availability, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities, implementing solutions as needed
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reporting tools
  • Utilize service management systems to track activity, manage service calls, and support operational execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience in project management, service operations, or power systems environments
  • Knowledge of generator systems, switchgear, electrical distribution, or industrial equipment service models preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, and service management systems
  • Experience with ERP or service platforms (such as D365) is a plus
