A rapidly growing aftermarket parts provider serving the agriculture, construction, and industrial equipment markets is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand market share and drive strategic growth across multiple regions. This role can be based in Arizona, Austin or San Antonio (Texas), or Colorado.

This position focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and expanding aftermarket parts sales through a consultative, relationship-driven approach. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience in aftermarket parts and a strong understanding of equipment dealer and end-user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with equipment dealers, fleets, and end users
  • Promote aftermarket parts solutions and position value through pricing, availability, and service
  • Execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and increase market penetration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product discussions to understand needs and provide solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform sales strategy
  • Maintain CRM activity, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in aftermarket parts sales within agriculture, construction, or industrial equipment industries
  • Strong understanding of parts distribution, inventory, and customer buying behavior
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow a territory
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
