Position Details & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead their sales team across multiple locations in Northern California.

This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a team of sales representatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a sales team, ensuring targets and revenue goals are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and market share.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership experience required.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, team management, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work both in the field and in-office.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
