Position Details & Responsibilities

A growing industrial electronics and aftermarket solutions organization is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to support customers throughout the Southeast region. This role can be based in Georgia or South Carolina.

This position is primarily focused on account management and relationship development within the golf cart, utility vehicle, and specialty vehicle markets. The ideal candidate will have experience within the golf cart industry, vehicle accessories, battery systems, rental equipment, or related industries and enjoy working closely with dealers, distributors, and end users.

This is a field-based role with moderate travel requirements, averaging approximately one week per month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established customer base throughout the assigned territory
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet operators, and service organizations
  • Support customers with aftermarket electronic components, remanufactured products, and technical solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and account reviews throughout the territory
  • Work closely with internal sales and technical support teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain CRM activity, territory planning, and customer communication records
  • Attend trade shows, dealer events, and customer meetings as needed
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, technical questions, and solution-based selling initiatives

Qualifications

  • Prior outside sales, account management, or territory management experience required
  • Experience within the golf cart, utility vehicle, battery, rental equipment, or specialty vehicle industries strongly preferred
  • Dealership, manufacturer, aftermarket parts, or accessories experience is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong territory management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer accounts
  • Comfortable with moderate travel throughout the assigned region
  • CRM and general computer proficiency required
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn product applications preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
