A leading provider of electronic controls and aftermarket solutions for industrial and electric-powered equipment is seeking a Territory Sales Representative based in Texas.

This is primarily an account management role focused on maintaining and growing an established book of business within the construction, agriculture, material handling, and rental equipment markets.

This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys managing established accounts, understands the equipment industry, and wants to grow within a stable, technically driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a large, established book of accounts within the assigned Texas territory
  • Maintain regular contact with customers through in-person visits and phone communication
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support budget-driven growth goals
  • Process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries while ensuring accurate and timely follow-up
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation and pipeline activity
  • Present product solutions to service departments, parts teams, and operational leadership
  • Collaborate with internal sales support and quality teams to resolve customer issues
  • Represent the company at trade shows and regional industry events
  • Provide territory forecasting and communicate regularly with sales leadership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience required
  • Background in construction equipment, agriculture, material handling, rental equipment, or aftermarket parts
  • Experience in parts sales, PSSR roles, rental sales, or battery-related industries preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial electronics or equipment control systems a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 25%
