Our client is rapidly growing and is seeking a Director of Sales to lead their sales team in Southeast Texas. 

As the Director of Sales, you'll oversee sales across agriculture, turf, and construction industries. Reporting to the CEO, you'll shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and make a lasting impact. This role offers the freedom to make bold decisions and empower your team to drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering autonomy and excellence.
  • Identify new market opportunities and form strategic partnerships to expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Enhance sales processes, systems, and performance metrics for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years in sales leadership, ideally in agricultural or construction industries.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
