Our client, a growing organization in the heavy equipment industry, is seeking an experienced Branch Sales & Operations Manager to oversee sales, service, parts, and rental operations for their brand new branch in Colorado.
This position offers the opportunity to help lead a new branch, which involves leading a strong local team, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing branch team across sales, service, and parts departments.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
- Manage branch financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and key metrics.
- Partner with sales teams to drive new business, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share.
- Ensure proper parts inventory, shop productivity, and timely completion of service work.
- Promote rental fleet utilization and maintain equipment availability and quality.
- Foster a safety-first, team-oriented culture with clear expectations and accountability.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement operational improvements and growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing branch, dealership, or operations in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on accountability and customer satisfaction.
- Financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs.
- Knowledge of service operations, inventory control, and rental processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on as needed.
