Our client is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to help drive growth through aftermarket solutions and service offerings in Northern California. This role focuses on building long-term relationships and delivering solutions that keep their customers' operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing equipment customers to identify support needs.
  • Sell service contracts, parts, and additional company offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience after the sale.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote services, maintenance programs, and value-added solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and maximize aftermarket revenue.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity, sales pipeline, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in material handling or a related industry.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
