We’re seeking a driven and service-oriented Product Support Sales Representative to join a growing equipment organization with a strong reputation in the construction and industrial equipment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build their career, travel within a defined territory, and work closely with customers to support their equipment needs.

Candidates can be based in Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana (Remote/Field-Based)

The Product Support Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing parts and service sales in their assigned territory. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their equipment needs, build relationships, and promote aftermarket support solutions that keep fleets operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to customer locations across the assigned region.
  • Promote and sell parts, service, maintenance programs, and other support solutions.
  • Act as a trusted resource to customers, ensuring their equipment needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal service and parts teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory (approximately 10 days per month, 3–4 days at a time).

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in equipment sales, parts and service sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction or heavy equipment a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
