Position Details & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative based in South-Central Washington to cover a multi-state region.
This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting clients across the territory. Candidates should bring a background in rental or agricultural equipment and be comfortable traveling regularly throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across a multi-state territory.
- Prospect, develop, and maintain customer relationships in assigned territory.
- Promote equipment sales, rentals, and related services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in rental or agriculture equipment sales is strongly preferred.
- Proven success in territory or outside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout a multi-state region (overnight travel required).
- Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
