Position Details & Responsibilities
Our client, an organization in the equipment sector, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based Texas to oversee financial strategy and operations while supporting company growth and long-term stability.
The CFO will manage finance, technology, HR, risk management, and administrative functions, ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct overall financial planning, reporting, and cash management.
- Oversee accounting, credit, invoicing, and expenditures to ensure profitability and minimize risk.
- Lead HR, payroll, benefits, risk management, and IT functions.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to align financial strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers for cost-effective solutions.
- Supervise department leaders across accounting, IT, payroll/benefits, and customer accounting.
- Serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team and board.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA and/or advanced degree preferred).
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and business operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax, risk management, and financial strategy.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving company growth.
