Our client is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to play a key role in shaping their service team’s success in New Jersey.

This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle for technician roles - building strong relationships with hiring managers, developing creative outreach strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead all technician recruiting and onboarding efforts.
  • Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations, including affirmative action.
  • Build and execute marketing strategies to attract top technical talent and increase visibility within schools and local communities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet recruiting goals.
  • Develop outreach programs with high schools and vocational schools to build future talent pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage outreach initiatives for Minority/Women/Veterans and Disabled technician recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or skilled trades.
  • Technical/mechanical background or familiarity required.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HRIS preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
