Our client, a respected leader in equipment solutions, is seeking a Rental Territory Sales Representative to serve customers in the general Houston, Texas area.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the construction and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and grow rental market share within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals while managing activity through CRM systems.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven success in territory or outside sales, preferably in equipment rental or construction-related industries.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
