Position Details & Responsibilities
We are seeking driven, high-energy Sales Representatives to join our client's growing team across Kansas and Missouri.
This is a highly commissioned role ideal for a true hunter who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving sales growth. If you’re motivated by results and want to be rewarded for your effort, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement sales strategies to grow market share within an assigned territory.
- Prospect aggressively and build strong relationships with targeted customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, focusing on top accounts and new business opportunities.
- Promote the value of the client's equipment, technology, and aftermarket solutions to improve customer operations.
- Manage used equipment opportunities, including trade-ins.
- Demonstrate equipment capabilities and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Support team goals and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills.
- Background in agriculture, construction, or equipment sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
- Technologically capable, with the ability to work within CRM and internal systems.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and competitive, with the drive to exceed targets.
- High school diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
- Must be able to travel within assigned territory and operate/demo equipment as needed.
