Position Details & Responsibilities
Our client, a multi-location equipment dealer, is seeking a Parts Director to lead parts operations across the organization. This role is responsible for driving parts sales growth, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring seamless processes that support both customers and internal teams.
Candidates can be based in Illinois, Missouri, Eastern Kansas, or Northwest Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company-wide parts operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Partner with service and operations teams to execute aftermarket business plans.
- Monitor department performance in sales, inventory control, and asset management.
- Support customer service and e-commerce initiatives to enhance satisfaction and drive growth.
- Develop and manage marketing and promotional programs to increase parts sales.
- Establish and maintain effective processes, training programs, and incentive plans for parts teams.
- Analyze data and provide reporting on budgets, sales trends, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing operations in the heavy equipment industry or a related industry.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of financial management and parts operations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and related business systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
