Our client, a well-established equipment organization, is seeking a Parts Manager based on the East Coast to oversee the daily operations of their Parts Department.

Candidates must have trucking OEM experience

This role will focus on managing inventory, supervising staff, and driving department performance to meet company goals. This individual will work closely with other branch leaders to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.
  • Supervise, train, and develop department employees.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and parts flow to support customer needs.
  • Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other managers to align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a heavy equipment, truck repair, or dealership environment.
  • Previous trucking OEM experience.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of parts, repair methods, and diagnostic processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and financial reporting.
  • CDL preferred, or ability to obtain.
