Position Details & Responsibilities

The Technical Service Representative will provide technical support, manage warehouse activities, and assist with product setup, troubleshooting, and service needs.

This is an in-office role based in Northern Indiana and requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. Candidates with backgrounds in equipment maintenance or manufacturing industries, or service technician roles who are seeking less travel are encouraged to apply.

Salary commensurate with related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and communication for equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage warehouse functions including receiving, loading, product preparation, and inventory organization.
• Switch motors, perform hands-on repairs, and support equipment demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Support documentation and service records for products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a similar role or a hands-on role related to maintenance, service, or equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Previous experience with woodworking machinery is preferred.
• A background as a traveling technician who is seeking an in-office position is a strong fit.
