Position Details & Responsibilities
Our client is a successful regional equipment manufacturer and dealership - they are seeking an Equipment Demonstration Representative to join their team.
Candidates can be based in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Southwestern Oklahoma, or Southeastern Texas.
This role plays a vital part in driving interest, educating prospective clients, and supporting the sales team by delivering impactful live demonstrations in the field.

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting product features, performance, and benefits
- Customize demonstrations to address specific customer needs
- Build deep technical knowledge of all equipment and effectively communicate its value proposition
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate demo schedules and follow up with generated leads
- Provide feedback to engineering and product development teams based on field observations and customer input
- Stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies
- Assist in training internal employees and external partners on demonstration standards and product functionality
- Keep accurate records of demonstrations, customer feedback, and resulting opportunities
- Maintain professionalism and brand image while representing the company at customer sites, trade shows, and events

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in field demonstrations, product support, or sales within the heavy equipment, agriculture, or vegetation management industries
- CDL-A required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% annually)
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in dynamic environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
