Position Details & Responsibilities

A growing construction organization is seeking a technology-focused professional to lead the rollout, integration, and adoption of operational systems across the business. This role will serve as the bridge between field operations and technical platforms, driving efficiency, compliance, and process improvements.

Candidates for this role can be based anywhere in the US as long as they are comfortable traveling to Southern California or North Texas. Our client is open to providing relocation assistance and/or providing a hybrid work environment.

Candidates must have experience in full life cycle integration and implementation of ERP systems, as well as knowledge of telematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and integration of construction technology (ERP, project management software, telematics, GPS, drones, BIM, etc.).
  • Train and support field and office staff; develop guides, SOPs, and resources.
  • Improve workflows in areas such as dispatch, job costing, safety, and equipment tracking.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide real-time insights on productivity, costs, and utilization.
  • Partner with multiple departments and vendors to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.
  • Stay current on emerging construction technologies and recommend new tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction experience with strong technology skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP system implementation and telematics.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and training skills.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: workforce software, data analysis, GPS tracking; bilingual (English/Spanish).
