Position Details & Responsibilities

We are partnering with a leading dealership to hire a Regional Operations Manager. This role is based in the South-Central Missouri region and will cover multiple branch locations.

This role oversees parts and service operations across multiple branch locations, with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have prior experience as a Service Manager, Parts Manager, or Product Support Manager in a dealership environment, proven P&L management skills, and a history of long-term success in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support Parts & Service Managers across the region to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee operational execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s aftermarket business plan.
  • Develop and retain high-performing aftermarket teams by recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent.
  • Monitor and execute performance metrics, safety standards, and facility/fleet management requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service processes, timely support, and operational excellence.
  • Manage P&L responsibility for the regional aftermarket operations, ensuring financial and operational targets are met.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in dealership Parts and/or Service operations.
  • Proven leadership in driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Effective communicator with strong organizational and technology skills.
  • Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
