Position Details & Responsibilities

We are working with a client seeking an experienced Product Manager based in Texas to lead the development and growth of their telehandler product line in North America. This role will own the product roadmap, track market trends, and work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to bring new products to market and improve current models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze telehandler market trends, customer needs, and competitive products
• Define and manage the product roadmap, including new models, updates, and options
• Partner with engineering to guide product design, testing, and launch
• Act as project manager for new product development, ensuring timelines and goals are met
• Support product launches with sales training, marketing coordination, and customer outreach
• Promote products at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
• Strong product management and project management experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across departments and present to leadership
• Experience in construction equipment or telehandlers strongly preferred
• Technical understanding of telehandler components and applications is a plus
