Position Details & Responsibilities

We are working with a client seeking an experienced Product Manager based in Texas to oversee the full life cycle of their Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) product line, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and vertical mast lifts. This role will manage the product roadmap, guide new product development, and ensure product updates align with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive products to identify opportunities
• Define and manage the MEWP product roadmap, prioritizing new models and product updates
• Partner with engineering on product design, testing, and field trials
• Lead new product launches, coordinating with sales, operations, service, and marketing
• Develop product training and materials for sales teams
• Represent the product line at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong background in product management and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work across departments
• Experience with MEWPs or related construction equipment strongly preferred
• Technical knowledge of MEWP systems/components is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional or global teams is beneficial
