Our client is seeking an Sales Representative to grow sales and rentals of compact construction equipment in Southern California (Orange County). This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, demonstrating equipment, and driving revenue growth through proactive territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned territory through customer visits, calls, and follow-ups
  • Prospect new accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Promote equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service offerings
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and complete sales documentation
  • Track activities and set weekly/monthly sales goals

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (equipment sales preferred, but related industries considered)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a busy territory
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience in sales or construction/equipment industry will be considered
