Position Details & Responsibilities
We are working with a client seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales, service, parts, and overall operations at their Eastern Washington location. This role is responsible for driving branch profitability, developing employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service while upholding company values.
** Candidates should have experience in the forestry industry **
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, service, and parts departments
- Manage branch financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and capital planning
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees to achieve operational and customer service goals
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and integrity
- Collaborate with other branch managers and company leadership on strategic initiatives and best practices
- Represent the company at local and regional industry events and community initiatives

Qualifications
- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in heavy equipment, forestry, construction, or related industries
- Strong business acumen with proven experience managing P&L and operational performance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented culture
