Position Details & Responsibilities
An equipment dealership is seeking a Vice President of Aftermarket to lead and grow its parts, service, rebuild, warranty, and customer support business. Candidates should be based in the Oklahoma City area.
This executive role is responsible for developing strategy, driving profitability, and ensuring long-term customer retention through high-quality aftermarket programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an aftermarket strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Drive revenue growth through parts sales, service contracts, rebuilds, and warranty programs.
- Oversee parts and service operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Manage inventory practices, service processes, and technician productivity standards.
- Own P&L for the aftermarket division, including forecasting and pricing strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop parts managers, service managers, and technicians.
- Promote a customer-first culture with strong responsiveness, professionalism, and support programs.
- Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and aftermarket initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in aftermarket, service, or parts operations within agriculture or heavy equipment dealerships.
- Proven success growing aftermarket revenue and improving operational performance.
- Strong financial management skills with full P&L responsibility.
- Ability to travel regularly between dealership locations and customer sites.
