We are partnered with an established dealership group to hire a General Manager to lead their construction technology division in South-Central Texas.
** Candidates should have experience in the construction technology industry **
This leader will oversee sales, product support, and service operations while driving long-term growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in construction technology, dealership operations, and team leadership, with the ability to execute strategy through hands-on coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall strategy, operations, and growth for the construction technology division
- Oversee sales, service, and product support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that enhance jobsite productivity
- Develop and coach staff, ensuring performance goals are achieved while fostering a positive team culture
- Manage budgets, resources, and capital assets to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align with broader company objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across the business

Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in construction technology, equipment dealerships, or related industries
- Strong understanding of contractor operations and technologies such as machine control, grade control, and survey systems
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans while managing day-to-day operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
