Position Details & Responsibilities
We are working with a client seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and customer support in Lower Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving equipment and parts sales, and identifying new business opportunities in the aggregate, mining, and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, service, and customer support within assigned territory
- Grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain consistent customer contact and territory coverage
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, campaigns, and customer needs
- Track activities and opportunities in CRM and ensure accurate records
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys both relationship building and new business development, while representing a respected equipment provider in the market.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment, parts, or industrial sales (aggregate/mining background a plus)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product lines
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with frequent travel in the region, with occasional overnight stays
