A well-established equipment rental company is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations at one of its key locations in Western Washington.

This branch features a modern, well-maintained facility and a strong team of employees with plans for continued growth. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service in the rental and construction markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced branch leader or a proven second-in-command ready to take the next step into full management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations, including rentals, sales, service, logistics, and administration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales, outside sales, mechanics, drivers, and warehouse staff
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive customer relationship management and business development
  • Monitor branch performance against goals, implementing strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Manage branch inventory levels, fleet utilization, and equipment readiness
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused culture that delivers excellent service to the construction, industrial, and contractor markets
  • Collaborate with other branches and corporate leadership to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in branch management or a senior leadership role within the equipment rental, construction, or related industries
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of achieving business goals
  • Knowledge of equipment rental operations, fleet management, and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees
  • Proficient in business software applications and reporting tools
