Position Details & Responsibilities

A growing multi-location equipment dealership is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager to lead and support the parts, service, and customer experience operations across its branches in a region of Texas (South of San Antonio)

This key leadership role is focused on driving aftermarket performance by increasing profitability, improving efficiency, supporting departmental leadership, and enhancing long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring experience in dealership or heavy equipment operations and a proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations.

This is a regional leadership role requiring regular travel between locations (60–75%)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional strategy for parts and service operations, aligned with company goals and OEM standards
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements for service labor hours, technician efficiency, parts sales, and customer retention
  • Support and coach service and parts managers in staffing, workflow, and operational planning
  • Drive profitability through effective budgeting, cost management, and process improvements
  • Champion a customer-first culture, with initiatives aimed at increasing satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
  • Oversee employee development and training across aftermarket teams in collaboration with internal and OEM programs
  • Coordinate proactive service offerings including preventative maintenance programs and inspections
  • Serve as the primary liaison for aftermarket performance with OEM territory and support reps
  • Collaborate closely with sales, precision ag, and executive teams to ensure a unified customer experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in aftermarket or dealership operations, preferably in ag or heavy equipment
  • Leadership experience managing multi-location teams
  • Strong understanding of parts and service P&L, operational KPIs, and customer engagement strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
