We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with hands-on experience repairing diesel farm tractors, agricultural implements, skid steers, and light construction equipment. Our shop specializes in New Holland tractors ranging from 20 to 150 horsepower, as well as a variety of farm and construction machinery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and hydraulic systems in a shop and field setting.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications:
Must have own set of tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Punctual and dependable
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience servicing agricultural, construction, or powersports equipment
Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems
Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documents
Basic computer skills for diagnostics and service documentation
Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment
Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
Certifications from major equipment manufacturers (e.g., New Holland, Arctic Cat, Stihl) are highly desirable
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay is based on experience and skill level
