A well-established construction equipment dealership is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support business development efforts in Eastern Oklahoma.
This role focuses on selling new and used construction machinery, along with equipment rentals, to customers in industries such as construction, agriculture, and industrial services. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in equipment sales, lead generation, and relationship building, and is highly motivated by performance and customer satisfaction.
This is a territory-based position requiring regular travel to customer job sites. Competitive compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and a full benefits package. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts within an assigned territory through equipment sales and rental opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, and other equipment buyers
- Conduct in-person and phone-based sales calls to qualify prospects and close business
- Participate in marketing campaigns and regional trade events to promote equipment offerings
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and deliver equipment demos and rental quotes as needed
- Attend training programs and maintain knowledge of product lines and applications

Qualifications
- Previous experience in heavy equipment or related sales required (construction or agricultural equipment preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to operate construction equipment for demo purposes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
