A growing equipment dealership is seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Manager to lead branch operations across two strategic locations in Alaska.
The ideal candidate brings a strong operational background in equipment dealerships or rental services and excels in both customer-facing environments and boots-on-the-ground leadership.
This is a key role responsible for branch-level execution across rentals, sales, service, and parts—ensuring high performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth in a dynamic, developing market. Relocation assistance, car allowance, and compensation guarantees will be provided.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead daily operations for both Anchorage and Fairbanks branches, overseeing sales, rentals, service, and parts
- Build and develop branch teams; foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
- Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain a strong customer presence, supporting major accounts and leading key sales conversations
- Ensure effective cost control, inventory management, WIP tracking, and warranty recovery
- Collaborate with internal departments and executive leadership to align regional goals with company objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows, service delivery, and customer experience
- Oversee compliance with safety, labor, and environmental standards

Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial branch operations
- Proven ability to lead customer-focused teams and manage multiple departments (sales, rentals, service, and parts)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong financial and operational acumen (budgets, KPIs, cost control)
- Strategic thinker with hands-on management style and strong presence in the field
- Ability to travel between branch locations and respond to urgent operational needs
- Valid driver’s license required
