Our client, a large dealership group in the heavy equipment industry, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations in the Southeast.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven industry professional with a strong sales background and a track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple branch locations.
  • Drive revenue growth through strong sales leadership and market expansion strategies.
  • Oversee branch performance, financial metrics, and operational goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance profitability and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives and resource planning.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager or Branch Manager in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven background in sales leadership with a strong track record of business growth.
  • Experience managing multiple locations or large-scale branch operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and team leadership abilities.
