							  Our client, an established company in the equipment industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at one of their North Carolina locations.
This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in team management, sales, and operational oversight. The General Manager will be responsible for driving business performance, developing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions
 - Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members to achieve performance goals and ensure alignment with company values
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
 - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement
 - Create and execute business plans to drive growth and market share in the region
 - Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction
 - Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
 - Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, budget planning, and organizational initiatives

							  Qualifications
 
							   
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a general management, branch management, or operations role
 - Equipment industry experience preferred
 - Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive business results
 - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
 - Knowledge of sales, service, and parts operations
 - Proficient with business systems and reporting tools
 - Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
