Position Details & Responsibilities

A growing heavy equipment parts supplier is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support a team of inside sales representatives at its Eastern Kansas location. This newly created role is designed to expand leadership capacity and balance operations with another regional office. The supervisor will manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts, help drive team performance, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring sales goals and service standards are met
  • Monitor inbound and outbound sales activity, providing real-time support and coaching
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to align team strategy and performance
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members
  • Manage daily workflow, ensure proper call handling, and maintain high customer service standards
  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the team
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and support account retention and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience
  • Experience in the heavy equipment or industrial parts industry is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
