Position Details & Responsibilities
A growing equipment dealership is seeking an experienced and driven Product Support Manager to lead operations at one of its key branches based in a major Tennessee city. This role oversees all parts and service operations, team development, and customer support activities, with a focus on maximizing profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on leadership style, strong industry knowledge, and a background in parts, service, or material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including parts, service, and rental coordination.
- Manage and mentor service technicians and support staff, fostering a high-performing team.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service, accurate parts support, and quick issue resolution.
- Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Managing P&L, pricing, expenses, warranties, and vendor relationships
- Ensure OSHA and safety compliance in all shop and service activities.
- Maintain facility, fleet, and equipment standards for operational readiness.
- Track and report KPIs related to service delivery, parts inventory, and financial performance.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in equipment, service, or parts management, preferably in the material handling or heavy equipment industry.
- Prior leadership experience overseeing teams of service technicians or parts personnel.
- Strong understanding of technical equipment, service operations, and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and driving process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service-related software; CRM or ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required for occasional travel (up to 20%).
