A leading equipment dealership is looking for a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join its growing team in Central Texas. 

This customer-focused position is ideal for candidates with experience in inside sales, product support, parts, or industrial supply who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The PSSR plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving revenue by promoting parts, service, and support solutions to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell aftermarket solutions including parts, maintenance programs, inspections, and service offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored support solutions to improve equipment uptime and performance.
  • Follow up on leads and quote requests to drive sales of parts and service-related products.
  • Maintain a regular schedule of customer contact, including site visits, phone calls, and follow-up communications.
  • Work closely with internal teams including service, parts, and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and service history using CRM and other company tools.
  • Stay informed on product updates, service offerings, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, parts, service, product support, or a related industrial field.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of equipment, mechanical systems, or industrial products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM).
