A leading heavy equipment dealership is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Specialist to support the crushing and screening equipment division in Northern California. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise, sales support, and product training to internal teams and customers to drive equipment sales and customer satisfaction.
Act as the subject matter expert for crushing and screening equipment, supporting both sales and product support teams.
Provide technical guidance to customers and team members on machine specifications, applications, and capabilities.
Conduct product demonstrations, operator training, and on-site equipment walk-arounds for customers and prospects.
Assist the sales team with quoting, machine recommendations, and application-specific solutions.
Serve as a liaison between the dealership and manufacturers for product updates, changes, and technical feedback.
Monitor equipment performance in the field and assist with resolving product-related issues.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and customer application requirements.
Support new product launches and customer onboarding processes.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments (sales, parts, and service) and external stakeholders.

2+ years of experience in heavy equipment, preferably with a focus on crushing and screening applications.
Strong technical knowledge of material processing equipment and their applications.
Previous experience in equipment sales, product support, or field service is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
