Our client is a heavy equipment dealership - they are seeking an experienced Service Manager in Southeast Georgia to oversee daily service operations, manage technicians, and ensure top-tier customer support. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in heavy equipment service who can drive efficiency, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily service operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Supervise and support a team of service technicians.
  • Schedule, prioritize, and assign repair and maintenance work.
  • Monitor work orders, repair timelines, and job completion to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve service issues, and provide technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty processes and manufacturer service policies.
  • Collaborate with parts, sales, and leadership teams to drive business success.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive service department.
  • Oversee departmental financials, including budgeting, expenses, and profitability.

Qualifications
