A heavy equipment dealership is seeking a General Manager in Southeast Georgia to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure overall profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with experience managing dealership operations, sales, service, and parts while fostering a strong customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts departments.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability through expense control and revenue optimization.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing department managers and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs, warranties, and dealership standards.
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment, following industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align goals and drive business success.
