An equipment solutions company is looking for a Field Service Business Associate to support their growing service operations in Nebraska. This role involves coordinating service jobs, assisting with quotes and invoices, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales teams, and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with quotes, orders, and service inquiries.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and service job sheets.
  • Communicate with sales teams, field service technicians, and subcontractors to schedule and coordinate service jobs.
  • Track and follow up on active quotes, ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records in company systems.
  • Support business development efforts, including outbound calls and prospecting.
  • Manage short-term projects related to service operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in construction, general contracting, or service-related industries is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace.
